To help us verify and approve your request quickly, have these items ready when you submit your claim.

  • Clear pictures and a short video showing the damaged earbuds.
  • Your FreSound warranty card.
  • Your order number from fresound.com.

In some cases, we may also ask for a photo of you with the earbuds to verify ownership and prevent fraud.
